All registered participants will receive confirmation of their registration and information concerning the status of their registration file.

The special rate will be applied to registrations made before September 7. Exceptional, payments will be accepted after that date.
Student Package
You have to provide a copy of a valid student card to by email or fax to the organization.
Registration Fees
The registration fees for the International Forum include the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Sunday, access to all the worksphops and activities on the program, lunch, coffee break service between workshops, simultaneous translation and a shuttle service between your accommodation and the University of Sherbrooke
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All invoices issued must be paid before the event
- Payments must be made in Canadian dollars ($CAD).
- Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer on the secure site Paypal
- Payment by cheque:
- All cheques must be accompanied by the transaction number (which appears on the invoice, above the invoicing address, and starts with “ECO”) and name of the registered person so as to accelerate registration processing and to ensure payments are correctly credited. Cheques must be in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and made out to COGESAF.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
The cancellation must be received before August 26, 2011, otherwise 100% of registration fee will be charged to the person who cancels, unless the person transfers its registration to another person. In that case, please contact us rapidly the name and personal information of this person.
